Tantra Universe 'Line Maro' contest Terms and conditions

The terms and conditions contained here in and the terms of Contest Announcement (here in after referred to as "Terms") apply to the 'Line Maro' contest by Net Assets Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as 'Net Assets') on behalf of Tantra & www.tantrauniverse.com. You must agree to abide by the Terms in its entirety. If you do not agree to any of the Terms you should not use this service. Net Assets reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time.

This contest is open to all Indian nationals residing in India, except the employees, relatives & family members of Net Assets and Tantra as well as other sponsor companies & their subsidiaries.

This contest commences on 18th August, 2010 and shall be valid thru 1st October , 2010 till 00:00 hours (both days inclusive).

Rules specific to each contest are displayed on the web page posting for such contest (the "Contest Announcement"). In the event of discrepancy between these terms and conditions and the Contest announcement, the Contest announcement shall prevail.

To participate in the contest you need to post a message on our facebook page (www.facebook.com/tantrauniverse). Upon receipt of message from you, it is presumed that you have understood and accepted the terms and conditions and have agreed to receive the contest question.

The Entries made into the contest become property of Net Assets and tantrauniverse.com, and not to be considered the Participants property. Net Assets shall select and announce the winners for the contest. The winners will be determined as per terms specified in the contest announcement. The winners shall be intimated through a post on www.facebook.com/tantrauniverse

The winners shall win prizes as announced by Net Assets. The selection of prizes is as per the sole discretion of Net Assets. They reserve its rights to modify the terms and conditions of the Contest, prizes, etc., without notice to the users.

The winner will be contacted once it has been decided, after which they must provide shipping details to where the prize will be sent. In case the prize is unclaimed by the winner within the stipulated period, then Net Assets reserves its right to transfer the prize to the next winner chosen in the same draw. The first winner automatically surrenders his/ her right to the prize and shall not make any claim thereunder.

The Line Maro entries need to be original & not copied or tweaked from any existing content. Incase any entry is found to be such, the entry will be disqualified.

Net Assets reserves the right: (a) to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions. (b) to decide whether a replacement contestant should be selected in the event any entrant is disqualified from the Contest. (c) to require written permission from the parent or guardian of a winner who is under the age of 18. Incase a multiple members post the same line, the first member to post it will be eligible for the draw.

Net Assets shall not be responsible for:- (i) for any SPAM generated messages; (ii) any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures of any kind or any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reasons and (iii) other conditions beyond its reasonable control.

The winner may or may not be required to provide certified proof of identity and residence, if any.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable, subject to availability and there will be no cash alternative. Participant can send multiple entries.If there are duplicate entries from several participants, Net Assets has the right to select the winner based on who it believes is more legitimate.

Net Assets reserves the right to modify, discontinue or terminate this contest at any point without prior notice and shall not be liable to any person or entity for any such modification, discontinuation or termination.

In addition to these general terms   conditions, the participants shall also be governed by other conditions specific to the contest as may be imposed. In case of any such additional conditions are imposed the same will be displayed on the website.

These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

You agree that you are legally capable to enter the Contest and agree to the Terms and that you are competent (i.e. you are of sufficient age and mental capacity) and eligible to enter into legally binding agreement or your parents have consented to your entry of the Contest and use of these Rules.
